Mr. Dilip Kumar A, is one of the founding member of Waylane Logistics Private Limited. He has done his Information Science Engineering and Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University, U.K. He is a firm believer that true entrepreneurs are born and entrepreneurship is being able to take action and having the courage to commit and persevere through all of the challenges and failures. Mr. Anil Kumar Sharma is a Managing Director of Waylane Logistics Private Limited. He is a visionary. Anil leads the Waylane Logistics’ global HR team, providing leadership and direction to management for all People, HR, and Employee engagement matters. Before joining Waylane, Anil had 20 years of experience in the transportation industries, leading HR teams across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Asia for a top 100 employer, For 25 years, he has lived in various parts of Europe and Asia. In addition to his HR expertise, he has run large operations, both domestic and international. he has wide knowledge to start and to take the company to the next level. Under his vibrant leadership and service commitment to the clients he is a biggest game changer in the logistics industry in India.
